When was Press Creative Started?

We signed our first client under the Press Creative banner in June, 2020.

Do you offer other digital marketing services besides branding, web design, and site maintenance?

We know branding and web design are key pieces of what can grow into a much larger scale marketing strategy (email campaigns, social media management, targeted ads, the list goes on).

We prefer to focus on branding and web design because it’s what we know and do really well. Focusing our services in this way allows us to deliver you with an impeccable product.

Press Creative didn't build my site, but will you host and manage it with a Care Plan?

Absolutely! We are always happy to protect and maintain more sites with our Care Plans.

If we did not build your site, we do charge an initial consultation assessment of $100 to ensure your site is safe to migrate over to our hosting servers. We will look at your site where it resides with your current host to ensure there is no malware, and that plugins and other software are up-to-date and running on the currently recommended version of PHP.

Once your site is determined safe and stable, we’ll begin your Care Plan subscription and migrate your site to our hosting.

How long will it take to complete my project?

Our development time usually takes 6 – 8 weeks and starts after you’ve signed your agreement and we’ve received your initial deposit. We’ll develop your branding first, and then build it into your site design.

Larger sites, such as an e-commerce site, will often require 12 – 16 weeks depending on the complexity of the site.

Do you offer payment plans?

We break up your payments over the course of your project build. We require 1/3 of your agreement price as deposit, and will spread the remaining amount over monthly invoices until your branding is complete and your site is ready to launch.

We cannot launch your site until final payment is made.

Do you offer special pricing for nonprofits?

We do not offer special pricing at this time. However, we are working on plans to offer a special nonprofit masterclass in the future to help your organization get up and running with a WordPress website where you can present information, create blog posts, accept donation payments, and more. Why Should My Website have a Care Plan?

You’ve no doubt invested a good deal of money in having your site built (whether by us, or someone else), and you want to protect that investment.

By not having a Care Plan, you leave your site wide open to potential vulnerabilities from bot or hacker attacks, site down time, a forgotten hosting bill or – worst case scenario – a site that goes down with absolutely no explanation and is lost for good.

With a Care Plan from Press Creative, we provide the safety net for your site in the event something should happen to it. We provide:

  • Fast, efficient WordPress hosting for your site
  • Backups should a software update go awry
  • Updates so your site is always up-to-date and secure
  • Security features like an SSL certificate so your customers can send sensitive information over a secure, encrypted connection
  • What if I don't want a Care Plan?

    If you want to host and maintain your site, that is your decision and we respect that. We do offer a complimentary migration of your new site to your preferred hosting.
